Art From Julie currently ships to customers within the United States.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Made-to-Order Production Time
Most Art From Julie products are made to order specifically for each customer. Orders typically require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment, although production times may vary depending on the product and production partner.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after payment is confirmed. Because our products are made to order, cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified because production may have begun.

Estimated Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 3–8 business days.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Production & Fulfillment
Art From Julie works with professional production partners to manufacture our made-to-order home décor products. Depending on the product and delivery location, products may be manufactured and shipped from different production facilities. Items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email after their order ships.
