Many of our products are made to order specifically after a customer places an order. We work with professional production and fulfillment partners that manufacture and ship these products on our behalf.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products, including their colors, patterns, dimensions, materials, and other characteristics.
However, colors and appearance can vary slightly depending on your computer, phone, tablet, monitor settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing process, materials, and other factors.
Product photographs and room mockups may be used to demonstrate the design, style, scale, or intended appearance of a product. Customers should review the product description, specifications, dimensions, and other information provided on the product page before purchasing.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and pricing may be updated from time to time.

Made-to-Order Production and Cancellations
Most Art From Julie products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After the 1-hour cancellation period has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified because production may have begun.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is available through our website.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND BILLING
Product prices, discounts, sales, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Art From Julie currently offers shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Because most of our products are made to order, production occurs before shipment. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, production location, destination, carrier, and other circumstances.
Art From Julie works with professional production partners. Depending on the products purchased, items within the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, production delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Because most Art From Julie products are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, or change-of-mind purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at julie@artfromjulie.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and photographs showing the item and the problem.
If we confirm that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
